Strict Zero-Logs GuaranteeWe do not track, store, or log which TV channels, sports events, or movies you watch. Your viewing habits stay strictly between you and your streaming device.
1. The Data We Collect
We only collect the minimum information needed to deliver your IPTV subscription:
- Email Address: Used only to send your M3U playlist link, Xtream login details, and receipt.
- Transaction Reference: Supplied by our payment providers to confirm your subscription period.
- MAC Address (Optional): Only needed if you connect with MAG or Formuler hardware devices.
2. Data We Never Collect
We choose not to collect:
- Your channel viewing history or playback habits.
- IP address connection history or DNS request logs.
- Card numbers or CVV codes (all payments are handled by encrypted, PCI-DSS certified payment processors).
3. End-to-End Encryption
Every connection to our portal and servers is protected with TLS 1.3 and 256-bit AES encryption. Stream manifests and playlist tokens are authorised dynamically to block unauthorised tampering.
4. Your Rights Over Your Data (GDPR & CCPA)
Your data belongs to you. You can ask us to permanently delete your customer record and email from our billing database at any time by writing to our Data Protection Officer at support@zobraiptv.online.
