DMCA Copyright Policy

How Zobra IPTV respects intellectual property rights and handles formal notice-and-takedown requests.

1. Compliance Commitment

Zobra IPTV respects the intellectual property rights of content creators, rights holders, and broadcasters. Our policy is to respond quickly to every clear notice of claimed copyright infringement in full compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).

2. How to Send a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe your copyrighted material has been linked to or sent through our network without permission, please send a written DMCA notice to our designated copyright agent that includes the following required information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorised to act for the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work said to be infringed, or a representative list of those works.
  • Identification of the exact URL, stream link, or playlist path that contains the infringing material.
  • Enough contact information, including your full name, postal address, phone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you believe in good faith that the material is used in a way not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act for the owner.
